These terms are the agreement between you and Views Vault ("we", "us") for using Views Vault, its website, its back office and everything inside it. By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Views Vault.

1. What you are buying

A Views Vault membership is $498, one payment. It gives you access to the vault of video formats and prompt packs, the Build my vault crew, Channel Studio, your brand kit, My Vault, the Learn guides and the bonuses listed on the sales page at the time you join. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.

We keep improving Views Vault and may add, change or retire features over time. We will not take away the core of what you paid for: the vault, the builder and your own saved videos.

2. Your own AI account and its costs

The builder makes videos on your own OpenAI account, using the key you connect. Every image and video it makes is billed by OpenAI to you, at OpenAI's prices. The estimates we show are estimates, and OpenAI's bill can differ. You set a spend cap on every build and the crew stops when it reaches it. You can remove your key at any time and it is deleted. We are not responsible for charges on your OpenAI account, for OpenAI's availability, or for what OpenAI's models produce.

3. Your videos and your content

The videos, captions and channel materials made for you are yours to use, subject to OpenAI's own terms. You are responsible for what you post: following each platform's rules, labelling AI content where a platform asks you to, and not using anything made here to mislead, harass, infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Brand Me videos use the logo and photo you upload. Only upload a logo you have the right to use and a photo of yourself.

4. No promises of views, followers or income

We do not promise views, followers, sales or income of any kind. Formats marked "proven" have performed on our own channels. That is not a prediction of how they will perform on yours. Results depend on what you make, how often you post, your niche, the platforms and many things nobody controls. Nothing on our site, in our videos or in our emails is a promise of earnings.

5. Resale Rights and commissions

Resale Rights are optional. They cost $100 every 90 days until you cancel, and you can cancel in one tap from your back office. Resale Rights are not commissionable: nobody earns anything when you buy them.

  • Nobody has to buy anything to use Views Vault. Resale Rights are only for people who want to share it.
  • Commissions come only from real membership sales to people who join through your link. Nobody is ever paid for signing people up to Resale Rights or for recruiting.
  • While your Resale Rights are active and you have a payout method saved, a new member who joins through your link pays you $400 directly, by the method you chose. We never hold that money. The rest of the price is paid to us.
  • No refunds: all sales are final. The $400 a member pays you directly is yours and is not refunded. You must tell people this plainly before they buy and never promise a refund we do not give.
  • You must disclose that you are paid every time you share your link: in posts, videos, comments and messages. Our captions include a line for you. Keep it.
  • You may not make income or results claims about Views Vault, use spam, fake reviews, paid ads on our brand name, or any message that is misleading. We may end Resale Rights for anyone who does.

6. Payments

Card payments to us are processed by Stripe. Payments to a person who shared their link with you go directly to that person, by the method they chose. We are not a party to that payment and do not hold it, but we track it and confirm it in both of your back offices.

7. All sales are final

There are no refunds on memberships or Resale Rights, because part of every membership is paid member to member. The full policy is on the No-Refund Policy page and is part of these terms.

8. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. One membership is for one person. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, tries to get around a spend cap or a payment, or puts other members at risk. You can stop using Views Vault at any time and download your videos first.

9. Our content

The formats, prompt packs, guides, software and design of Views Vault belong to us. Your membership lets you use them to make your own content. It does not let you copy, resell or republish the vault itself, except by sharing your link under Resale Rights.

10. No warranty

Views Vault is provided as it is and as available. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that any AI model will produce a particular result.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or charges on your OpenAI or other accounts. Our total liability for any claim about Views Vault is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Views Vault is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will post it here with a new date and, where it matters, email you. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
