Views Vault
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026 · Terms · Refunds · Privacy
This policy explains what Views Vault collects when you use Views Vault, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and the code that identifies your link.
- Payments: Stripe processes card payments. We receive a record of the payment, never your full card number. If you save a payout method for Resale Rights, we store the link, handle or email you give us so buyers can pay you.
- What you make and upload: your brand kit, logo, photo, channels, captions and the videos your crew builds, so we can show them to you and build more.
- Your OpenAI key: encrypted the moment you save it and used only to make your videos. Only the last four characters are ever shown. Delete it any time.
- Basic usage: pages visited, the link that referred you (kept in a cookie for 60 days so the right person is credited), and your IP address for security and to stop abuse.
How we use it
To run your account and your builds, take payments and track commissions, send you sign-in links, build updates and receipts, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make Views Vault work: Stripe for payments, OpenAI (on your own account) to make your videos, our email provider to send your emails, and our hosting provider. If you join through someone's link, they see your name and email so they can confirm your payment to them. We share information if the law requires it.
We send you what you need to use your account. Any marketing email from us comes from a real sender, includes our mailing address and has a working unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribes promptly. Members who share Views Vault must follow the same rules.
Your choices
You can update your details in your back office, remove your OpenAI key, delete your photo and logo, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@viewsvault.com. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies: to keep you signed in, to remember who referred you, and to remember a discount link you were given. No advertising trackers.
Children
Views Vault is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
